About Tamara and Elaine
Both Elaine and Tamara have extensive backgrounds in running and owning businesses. But it wasn't until Elaine joined Tamara as a business owner in their real estate business that they truly honed their leadership and business develpment skills. They took the business from 3 staff and 31 properties under management to over 750 properties, 27 staff and a well recognised business within the Ray White network.
At the end of 2022 they negotiated and sold their multimillion dollar business and  wanted to share their learnings with other women in business.  They have created Business By Design Duo to work with female business owners and leaders to empower them with practical leadership and culture strategies so they can create a thriving business that they and their team love working in.
